Do you accept part exchanges?

Can I test drive a vehicle before purchasing?

Yes, customers are welcome to view and test our vehicles before making a purchase. For insurance and operational reasons, vehicle demonstrations and test drives may be limited to our premises unless otherwise arranged in advance. This allows customers to assess the vehicle's condition, controls, and overall suitability with confidence before proceeding with a purchase.

Do you provide vehicle history checks?

Yes. Where available, we provide vehicle history and service history information to help customers make an informed purchasing decision. The amount of documentation and records available can vary from vehicle to vehicle, depending on the information retained by previous owners and service providers.

We aim to source quality vehicles with clear and well-documented service histories wherever possible, and we are always transparent about the information available for each vehicle. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by bank transfer and cash. For security and convenience, bank transfer is our preferred method of payment and can usually be completed quickly and securely on the day of purchase.

How often is your stock updated?

Our stock is updated regularly, with new vehicles being added on a weekly basis. We continuously review and refresh our inventory to ensure we offer vehicles that reflect current market trends, customer demand, and excellent value for money.

As stock can change quickly, we recommend checking our website frequently to view the latest arrivals and available vehicles. If you're looking for a specific make or model, please contact our team and we'll be happy to assist in finding a vehicle that meets your requirements.

Can I view a vehicle outside normal business hours?

Yes. We understand that not everyone is available during standard business hours, which is why we may be able to arrange viewings outside of our usual opening times. We often have members of our team available on standby and will do our best to accommodate your schedule whenever possible.

If you would like to arrange an out-of-hours viewing, please contact our Sales Team in advance and we will be happy to discuss availability and make suitable arrangements where possible.

Do you offer warranties on your vehicles?

Yes. For added peace of mind, all of our vehicles come with a 30-day warranty, allowing customers to purchase with confidence. Should any issues arise during this period, we will work with you to resolve them promptly and fairly.

We also offer an extended 6-month warranty for an additional fee on selected vehicles. This provides extra protection beyond the standard warranty period and can help cover unexpected repair costs after purchase.

What documents will I receive when purchasing a vehicle?

The documentation provided can vary from vehicle to vehicle depending on the records available from previous owners. Where available, this may include service history, maintenance records, invoices for repairs, MOT certificates, and documentation relating to any upgrades or modifications.

All vehicles will be supplied with the V5C registration document (logbook) or the necessary documentation to complete the ownership transfer. We are always transparent about the paperwork available with each vehicle and will be happy to discuss the documentation included with any specific vehicle before purchase.

Upon purchase, you will also receive a sales invoice/receipt as proof of purchase for your records.

Can you source a specific vehicle for me?

Yes. If you're looking for a specific make, model, specification, or budget, our team will do its best to source a suitable vehicle for you. We work to find quality vehicles at competitive prices while ensuring they meet our standards and your requirements.

Can I hold a vehicle with a deposit?

Yes. We offer customers the opportunity to reserve any of our vehicles with a deposit. Due to our competitive pricing and regularly changing stock, many of our vehicles attract significant interest and can sell quickly.

For just £200, a vehicle can be reserved, giving you peace of mind that it will be held for you while the purchase arrangements are completed. Once your deposit has been received, our team will work with you to make the process as smooth and straightforward as possible, helping you get behind the wheel of your new vehicle as soon as possible.

Are appointments required to view vehicles?

No, appointments are not required to view our vehicles. Customers are welcome to visit and browse our available stock during our opening hours.

While it is helpful to notify our Sales Team in advance so that we can ensure the vehicle is prepared and available for viewing, this is not essential. Upon arrival, a member of our team will be happy to assist you, provide the vehicle keys, and allow you to inspect the vehicle at your own pace.

If you are travelling from a distance or are interested in a specific vehicle, we recommend contacting us beforehand to confirm availability.
